Despite it being around the busy October tax deadline, he took on my project, and promptly gathered the appropriate documents and did the analysis. He was clear in his recommendations and reasoning, and responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions. What's more, he even noticed that we had missed an important deduction from last year's return, even though that wasn't part of the work plan. The resulting refund will more than pay for the cost of the analysis! Obviously we're very satisfied, and we now plan on using Richard to do our taxes next year.
